Ms. Trupti Hattangady is an Educator, trainer, and motivator who comes with a passion for creating magic in learning environments!

Her education and career have been dedicated to developing vibrant learning environments. A Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with Honors followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education from the University of Mumbai, and a certification in Montessori Education, Montessori Internationale empower her to create eclectic curricula for nurturing and stimulating young minds.

She started her career as a Kindergarten teacher in Mumbai and later in Bangalore and has taught Elementary School for 15 years. Later, as Head of Schools, Research and Design, which entailed designing learning environments, scripting curriculum, and training teachers in preschools from 2006 to 2015, she embarked on a journey of creating Early Learning Environments across India. Simultaneously, she launched a business in sales of 1gm gold micron coated jewellery.

Along the way, Trupti worked on acquiring certifications in NLP, Leadership in schools, Counselling Skills for families with differently-abled children, Reiki, Yoga Trainer and Teacher, and Life Skills Trainer.

In the last two decades, she has infused fresh energy in schools from Kindergarten to Grade 10. A keen eye for detail and precision in classroom practices, content delivery, time management, and school administrative systems works to her advantage in the role and mantle she currently holds as an Assistant Executive Director with Trio Schools.

Her body of work in the United States of America in Atlanta, Georgia, over the last 8 years involved giving impetus to a family-owned Child Care business, which grew into a Premium Day-care and Preschool Environment. As a Franchisee Business Manager, she oversaw 5 states in Southeast America with a Korean Education Company and worked closely with Franchisees in building good practices and capturing their domestic market to succeed in their business.

On her return to India, she has gone back to school management under the Trio Schools banner. She currently is the Assistant Executive Director – an overarching role in the organization for creating systems, focusing on expansion, and bringing standardization in the school.
