As an accomplished individual in the K-12 education sector, I bring over 15 years of experience working with both international and Indian schools. My passion lies in ensuring safe and effective school operations, as well as driving development and expansion initiatives that foster educational excellence. In my current role as the Executive Director of TRIO Schools, I have been instrumental in spearheading development and expansion projects, implementing a range of best practices to ensure operational success. My journey in education has been marked by a commitment to positive influence and mentorship, guiding young adults toward their full potential.

My areas of expertise include implementing school culture and core values, positive brand building, expanding and developing K-12 schools and preschools, creating and implementing franchise models for K-12 and preschools (both Indian and international), and creating and implementing standard operating policies (SOPs) and effective school practices. Additionally, I have implemented effective administration practices and a comprehensive school auditing framework, performance-based appraisal systems, and professional development and internship-based teacher training programs.
